Open & rootless chords 6/9

First, thanks for all your amazing classes. Can't wait to be this summer and have to suscribe and follow your class!
My question is about rootless chords (6/9) and Open chords
The fundamental question is : is there a preferential note order ?
Rootless Chords :
For Am for ex you came up with (from low to high) : 3 5 6 9 C E F# B. Is it an order we should follow everytime as sound would be better and value the 9th, who as a more dissonant and original sound ?
Otherwise, what would be logic behind your note order choice ?
Open Chords :
for Am, you came up with 1 5 3 6. The 6th should always be on top ? Do you have a specific logic ?
